Can this much and close of a pattern of "afflictions" still be considered just coincidence? 'Course, something can also be sprayed into the radiator of a car, or through the crack of a car's window or door. And look at the ways anthrax is "delivered."

    • She and Bob Heively considered each other loyal friends.  This was so much so that Marshall had actually begun displaying some extremely inappropriate behavioral patterns when Heively started bringing me to John's Cafe, somewhere between 1998 and 2001, he telling me that there were people who went to John's Cafe who I would really like to get to know.  I later learned that, because of that behavior, Kate Marshall was no longer coming into John's Cafe.  The night of 05/17/02 was the first time I had seen her since that year to three years before.

            • SPD Peckam, of 05/03/03 SPD Incident#2003000005958, is also the one who carried out SPD Incident #2003-00332, the SPD 06/16/03 false arrest of (C), who has learned to understand that that was the way that the threat that Peckam relayed to (C), in that 05/04/03 call to (C), was carried out, i.e., that (C) would be arrested if she had any more contact with Tyler.  (About 9 pm, on 05/10/03, Tyler had come into where (C) usually was, on Saturday nights at that time, had stood next to (C) for a few minutes, then left.)

              • The behavior of Officer Peckham during (C)'s arrest may provide some insight because it seems to follow a pattern that's been witnessed before

          • Note, I may possibly have recognized Howard, who was part of the 06/16/03 arrest incident, as being one of the young "casually summer uniformed" SPD's that were grouped in the street in front of John's Cafe, the evening of 08/16/02, after I'd been arrested and placed in the police car.  When Curioso arrived, he ordered me to yell out to that group what I thought had been done to Dave, what had happened to him, etc..  I suspected that it may have only been a trick, but, because this was Curioso's response when I tried to tell him about it, it appeared that it was going to be the only way Curioso was going to allow me to say anything to the police of what I knew or suspected of Dave's situation.  So, yes, I yelled it out into the street and the group of young SPD's laughed and ridiculed me.
            

            • Regarding "casually summer uniformed" SPD's: If I recall correctly, they were dressed in gray t-shirts, that had either "SPD" or "Stonington Police" printed on them, and in gray shorts.  It was the type of attire that may be worn, for example, for a volleyball game or a similar type of police summer social gathering
              

          • In the 06/16/03 arrest incident, in addition to being the person who comes into the room, at Stonington Police station, while I'm being booked, if I recall, he was also the officer in the other police car that had followed me out of the Mobil Station on Route 27, and also one of the officers who "helped" me out of my car, throwing me to the ground.  I can't say if he is the one who stomped on my back, once I was down, nor the one who may have used a "bully pin(?)" on the back of my shoulder

  • According to Stonington Police report of Incident# #2002000013717 (notated copy), Laura Joyner and Rus Dunbar brought someone into the Stonington Police station who was supposed to be Dave. (Dave's last name is misspelled throughout reports by Stonington Police, indicating that they did not verify the identification of the person who Joyner and Dunbar brought in.)

  • There is a very good possibility that this visit to Stonington Police occurred between the time of my early morning call to FBI, New Haven, and by the end of the day, when I was finally able to speak to the FBI Duty Agent for that day.

  • Also according to that SPD report "09/06/02 Dunbar and Joyner requested that SPD "contact the court and advise them of the problems being cause by LaBrecque so that a judge could possibly order her to treatment"

  • The request for investigation, and the investigation, itself, of this "possible" human trafficking situation, appears in SPD records as "SLANDER, Business Name: John's Cafe"

  • A witness said that, while I was talking with the prosecutor during court session, Laura Joyner came out from the courtroom into the hall and seemed to be looking for me, and that she seemed to be wondering where I was (perhaps concerned?)
