Joyner told me, and probably a number of other people who may have been
present at the time, that John
Lowe kept complaining to Laura
Joyner about the number of people she was having arrested at John's
Cafe and as bartender of John's Cafe

an attorney with whom I consulted on 08/23/02, who
called John Lowe during my meeting with him, I
learned that Laura Joyner had told John
Lowe, owner of John's Cafe, that I had been
arrested on one charge, after the 08/16/02
standoff at John's Cafe, rather than the actual
four charges on that 08/16/02
