Works as a material handler for Main Stores Dept, Electric Boat, General Dynamics Corporation, but in a separate warehouse by himself because of, as he reported to me, previous confrontations\problems with other workers.   His gross annual earned income is approximately $36K.  Until about 2000 or 2001, Heively's saving and investments were exclusively in U.S. government savings bonds E and, up until about the time he moved back into his mother's house, about 1985, he had never had a checking account.  After about 2000 or 2001, Heively also began acquiring shares of MacDonald's and MBNA stock

discover Bob Heively now also had a telephone listing in Stonington, Connecticut, USA:

The SNET telephone listing for Mystic area 28 Broadway Avenue, Stonington, was now also listing Elwood M Heively, who was Bob Heively's father who passed away a number of years ago (1970's).  The telephone number, 860/536-6943, had been the telephone number of Bob's mother, Jane, who passed away last April, the week before Bob reportedly was married. Jane's listing in the telephone book had remained under Elwood's name probably up until the time that she died. The was still also a listing for Bob Heively at 7 Overlook Ave, Mystic (Groton). The number there is 860/572-8285, the same listing that Bob had since moving back into his mother's house to live with her sometime about 1985.  (from 09/03/03 - Heivly now also in Stonington, as well)

 

Will often be at functions where "High Times" is performing.  During the time that I knew Heively, Heively considered Rick Singer, sax player for "High Times," his best friend from the time they were in high school and in the music department together.  In the last years I knew Heively, he was also close friends with Laura Joyner, who is the cousin of Fred Joiner, who was Heively's supervisor at Electric Boat for many years.

Subject:  Additional critical information relating to

Conspiracy Against Rights, under TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 241, and Constituting Gang Activity
Complaint Initiating from Conspired Threat To Livelihood, filed by me 9/5/03

David ______ and other possible victims of abduction, slavery and additional inhumane treatment, and possible violation of my own civil rights as part of this situation, filed by me 5/9/03 with FBI, New Haven, CT

 

Please keep in mind that some of what follows will be just excerpts from other communications:

Robert Heivly, included in these complaints, is a person very capable of killing hostages then killing himself.  This is based on my experiences with him over eighteen years.  In addition to other behavior of his that may indicate this, there were a number of times during that period that he threatened to kill himself if I broke off contact with him.  He’d point to that fact that he had no one else “to talk to” which was true and, even now, it is unlikely that he is honestly confiding in anyone, not even other gang members.

The recent versions of the list of “People with Information” include notations that both Robert Heivly and Rus Dunbar own guns.  Based on what has been revealed about the Venturi drug ring, with which this group is most probably affiliated, there is reason to believe that a number of them, if not all, have guns in their possession. 

As Claudia Maddox has possibly relayed at FBI, New Haven (right now, I am acting on expectation that the “irregularities” in that office are under control), and word seems to be out to the gang here now, beginning on Friday, 9/19/03, I sent formal requests to investigate this situation to local law enforcement and security departments here in Southeastern Connecticut.  There has not been any acknowledgement or indication that those requests are being carried out. 

From an email sent out locally 7/27/03, but did not go on the My Kindred Spirit website:

In addition, I spoke with heively's brother, David (Powmal, ME 207/688-4161), on Friday morning, and, although he indicated that "he wasn't interested," he may have been reviewing, then monitoring the web site over the weekend, even though they were heading for Vermont, which means they were heading to Peacham to visit David's wife Claudia's sister and her husband.  Right off, I can't remember their names, but I'm sure that someone in the general store in Peacham would be able to easily provide the information, as it is a very tiny town.  If watching the site, David would have seen the email yesterday and probably would have called "station wagon" and confronted him.  In the meantime, because of what's been said recently about queen bee and tania, they probably would have been more than willing to relinquish Dave, if they had him, to heively's custody, even if he didn't insist on it, which he would probably have wanted to do as "protection" or whatever, after he'd received the call from his brother, if Dave Heively had actually called Bob. 

Again, "station wagon," alias Bob Heivly, 7 Overlook Ave, Groton side of Mystic SHOULD BE CONSIDERED DANGEROUS!!!!!   Last I knew, he at least owns a pellet pistol, a pistol and what he refers to as a shotgun.   Dave Heively probably knows the exact specifications of these weapons.  When Bob told me about the [pistol], I couldn't believe that anyone would have ever issued a him a pistol permit.  His explanation was that he didn't need one if it was being kept in his own home.  He'd purchased it through mail order, I think through the Bass Pro Shop, or something like that.  He also explained to me that the shot gun could actually do more damage than a rifle, in that it splatters shot.  He may have acquired additional firearms since and I would not be surprised to learn that he has.

In addition to the incident I think relayed somewhere here that talks about heivly being assigned to a work area, at his job at EB, in which he will not come in contact with others because of confrontations he's had with at least one other people, he also had an incident while he was in the military (Army, Fort Dix, NJ.)  that caused him to be discharged.  He'd shown me the "honorable discharge" papers that he received when he hadn't even made it through boot camp, and now I'm wondering if those were even authentic.  He said that he'd been trying to get out of the army because his parents needed him at home to take care of them, his father severely handicapped, and physical abilities continuing to decrease, due to his injuries, during WW2, in the Battle of the Bulge.  So, during a practice at boot camp, Bob told me that, instead of throwing them at fake targets as they were supposed to do, he'd taken the M-80's ( I think he said they were), turned around, and started throwing them at the other men in his unit.  He told me that he did it because that was the quickest way that he could get home to take care of his parents, who wouldn't have been able to survive economically and possibly otherwise, without him....

bob reportedly married, as so is living with, someone.  I don't know her name.  By now, she must have seen the psychological imbalance in bob.  It was apparent to me very quickly, although I just felt sympathetic regarding it, at first, and I've been wondering why she had even come this far with him, especially since his state must have been even more apparent as all of this stuff has been going on.  Instead, she actually moved in with him with her reportedly young child, who I believe is a very young girl.  I find this mind boggling, but that is based on the assumption that it actually is her child.

 9/3/03:

Rus Dunbar just called me on my cell phone from 404-461-9978, telling me that I'm "nuts."  That Dave has a pretty girlfriend, is working and doesn't want anything to do with me, that he "hates my guts."  Also that there is a lawsuit against me in the hands of an attorney right now.

 404 is the area code for Atlanta, Georgia.

This may also have been Rus’s way of passing some information to me.   I have not received anything pertaining to a lawsuit.


On 9/3/03, it was also noted that:

As of last weekend, I was still receiving messages from David and that he is still in the area and, yes, still being held, and that he isn’t seeing any way of escaping or getting freed other than whatever I am doing.  That he was able to send these messages also indicates that the people holding him [are] still maintaining the routine in which they’ve had him, i.e., he had not yet been “buried deep” nor transported to another area.


On 9/24/03, additional information was sent to North Stonington Resident Trooper: There is reason to believe that victims are often being kept on remote acreage, accessible by four-wheel drive vehicles, in either North Stonington or Stonington.  I have since learned that communications sent to that office are probably not secure.

Just before it, that day, the formal request for investigation, in coordination with other local law enforcement and security departments, Was also sent to Coast Guard Intelligence, New London, with the information:

SPECIAL NOTE TO COAST GUARD THAT MAY REQUIRE PRIORITY ATTENTION:   

Boats may be being used to transport victims out of the area, out of the country, from town to town, from one area of town to another, or may be being used as brothels, as part of the activities relating to the operations pertinent to this request.   There are two boats, in particular, that may be being used:

  • Boat, possibly 60’, owned by Russel Dunbar, Vernon, CT, cell phone: 860/798-7755, usually docked on the Mystic River at Seaport Marina, Cottrell Street, Mystic, Stonington, CT

  • Boat, possibly charter yacht, captained by Dominic Dowd, Pompano Beach, FL, cell phone: 954/478-3060, boat name beginning with “A” or “E”, believed often docked at Mystic Seaport or West Mystic Seaport Marina


Both of these may also use the Willow Point Marino on Casino Rd, West Mystic, CT.  (Note address of Laura Joyner and her suspected relationship to this operation.

Because the gang involved in this operation may have heard about recent requests made to local law enforcement and security departments to investigate this situation, it is possible that the people holding these victims may attempt to move them from the local area and would probably transport them via boat.


I am trying to get word of this to Stonington and Groton police regarding Robert Heivly’s possible behavior, the additional possible locations and any other information here about which they may be unaware.
