Plan
Work is currently also being done
on the q&d navigation map page,
which may help illustrate the following:
- Observe
- Record
- documenting
all incidents and observations, even if, at the
time, it seems that they may not mean anything or be
significant
- Document via
- Relay via
- Research
- Analyze
- Report activity
- what > establish
objective criteria
- incidents based on incidents,
not individuals
- judge not, let the courts
handle that part
- whether or not someone is,
or a number of people are, being forced to participate
or carry out an incident should not be a factor in
reporting that it is happening or has happened
- dynamics - major factors in
resolving this dilemma
- people
- when
- action is needed from
component to whom it is being reported
- information is needed
by/from component to whom it is being reported
- to whom
- how

documentation
Documentation
which has been recorded as early as possible after the incident carries
more weight in a prosecution trial. When the recording of that
documentation can be verified by a third party and/or that a third party can
verify that that information had been relayed earlier, it can carry even
more weight. "Official"
records, which somehow indicate that an incident even reported or
possibly even occurred, add to
this weight. These may include government records or, sometimes,
even media reports. Due to length of time and difficulties
encountering in acquiring these government documents, they should be
requested as early as possible, regardless if, at that time, they may
not seem to be of significant importance.
Correspondence
is important, even if it is never answered, is ignored or even if it is
deleted before being read. Documentation that proves that it was
sent may still remain in email or server files, telephone records or
some other place.
Notes
can also be recorded on calendars. Telephone, receipts and other
records documentation should also be retained.
Documentation is essential for prosecution and will determine if a request for investigation is even accepted

Jacobin
a Jacobin originally meant a member of the Jacobin Club
Jacobin Club, the most famous of the political clubs of the French Revolution, had its origin in the Club Breton, which formed at Versailles shortly after the opening of the States General in 1789.
It was at first composed exclusively of deputies from Brittany, but was soon joined by others from various parts of France, and counted among its early members Mirabeau, Sieyès,
Barnave, Pétion, the Abbé Grégoire, Charles Lameth, Alexandre Lameth, Robespierre, the duc d'Aiguillon, and La Revellière-Lépeaux. It also had an Indian ruler Tipu Sultan among its ranks. At this time its meetings occurred in secret and few traces remain of what took place at them.
jacobite
a supporter of James II of England or of the Stuart pretenders after 1688.
"(though theoretically he was a Jacobite, a supporter of the supplanted Stuarts as against the reigning House of Hanover); and that in conversation he was likely to roar down or scowl down all innovators and their defenders or silence them with such observations as, 'Sir, I perceive you are a vile Whig.' A History of English Literature by Fletcher, Robert Huntington.
Jacobites reject the idea that the king has his authority delegated to him by Parliament. Many hold that the king's authority comes directly from Almighty God. (from www.jacobite.ca/)

Nazi,
similarity of tactics
During
the summer of 2002, I was surprised to hear how
local people viewed Town
of Stonington Police (SPD) as
"henchmen" or refer to an SPD officer
as "one of the
henchmen"
-
This
was from at least one older member of the
community
-
Beginning
this time and, then, continuing after Dave's
abduction and through 2003 and 2004, when I
was actively seeking information about the
situation involving Dave and other victims,
and, therefore, more exposed to "local
talk" than I'd ever been, possibly even
more than I'd ever been before in my life,
there were a number of comments and at least
one story told to me of "the
Nazis" or "the Germans"
-
I
eventually realized that these
statements seemed to be in reference to
a certain group of "Germans"
or people of German descent, rather than
an indication that the people making
these statements were biased against
"Germans" or people of German descent,
in general
-
Some
of the things I'd witnessed and experienced
were similar to tactics, of which I'd
learned, that had been used by the Nazis in
Germany, prior to the ending of World War II
-
The
05/01/04
"spinning incident" of me
paralleled one in what had most probably
been the last movie I viewed with Heively,
i.e., "Schindler's List"
-
Heively
had made a point of expounding do
me, as we were watching the movie,
of the extreme consequences and
disorientation that such spinning
causes in most people, and of which
many people are unknowledgeable
-
"hooliganism"
to which the community was being
subjected being similar to that
associated with "Hitler's youth
groups"
-
depicted
in movies and books (?)
-
in
our community, this was often being
particularly directed to community
business owners and resulted in
damage to their business property
and in a way in which it would
negatively impact their business
profits
-
Heively
is of strong German descent
-
Some
of the people I consider either some of
strongest members, or strongest
supporters, of our Coalition are also of
strong German descent
-
It
was later also pointed out to me that Jews
and others held prisoner by Nazi Germany
were, in essence, slaves

LaBrecque's
Journal
A journal was started on 05/18/02, just after events of 05/17/02.
(Until additional work on this page can be done, see Leading up to Dave's abduction)
As
time has permitted, notes have been added to the journal from emails,
before and after that time, of events and incidents relating to
harassment or
retaliation from Bob Heively,
which later also involved friends of Heively's and/or their
acquaintances, which is the group of people referred to in emails and on
this and the rest of the
spg.
The
journal, begun with a focus on events involving myself, eventually became a journal of
events relating to David's situation
Notes have also be recorded on calendars. Telephone, receipts and
other records documentation have also been retained, including in
computer files.
From
time to time, copies of these documents and files have been sent to
others, just in case. Often this is in the form of a zipped file,
with instructions to those parties not to review those files unless
"something happens."
