• 08/26/02 - Stonington Police Incident

  • Stonington Police Emergency Examination Request #I02-12498, dtd 8/26/02, from Lt Stewart, Stonington Police which includes how Stewart relayed what I was claiming was happening to Dave

  • Acct/Patient Control # V008193006 SP1, dtd 08/26/02 for $512.00: charges for services by L&M Hospital ordered by SPD, as condition to investigate, and which SPD, prior to my agreeing to undergo, assured me they would pay
    

• 09/20/02 $512 bill received relating to 08/26/02 "hospital services"

  • 9/20/02 Letter to L&M Hospital Billing Dept. explaining that SPD is responsible for charges but that, due to police orders, I cannot contact them to try to resolve the issue
    

• 10/01/02 Letter to L&M Hospital Billing Dept. from Stonington Police Captain Desmond refusing to pay charges
  

• 10/29/02 Letter to Stonington First Selectman Peter Dibble to which Dibble responded by phone that he didn't know anything about any of this and didn't WANT to know anything about it  (Note: Dibble resigned in 2004, due to charges against him involving the sexual exploitation of a minor.)
