Notice, by US mail,
had been received on 09/27/04 of court appearance for the still-pending 06/15/03 and 10/23/03 false arrests cases
of me
10/01/04, but for determination of status, only, not for
continuation of case.
Early November 2004, amidst everything else that was possibly going on involving
Dave, including, about mid- July, some reasons for enhanced hope of him possibly
having somehow escaped his captivity, I was
still trying to recover from the Pond
House Incident, i.e., the "surprise" illegal nine day detainment
of me from 8/9/04 through to about 6:60-7 pm 8/17/04.
On Wednesday,
11/03/04, within an hour
after final election results were announced, a call was received regarding court
case, gave less than 24 hour notice of court date, and
verbally. (As this webpage was being created,
on 10/10/05, it took a minute, after verifying this date, to understand why this
would have been a Wednesday, then I recalled that there had been some problems
with election return counts that year, or something like that.) The court
case had become active again for the first
time in almost a year(?):

On
11/10/04, I received word, that I researched and deciphered
the next day, of what appears to be a threat
message to the community, as well as to me, directing us to do a search for ERDA,
which lead to a website, kittyspit.dairlyland.com.
The
page summary that appeared on the googles search page on
11/11/04 read "Erda, Be Good":
As
the kittyspit.dairlyland.com website
is loading, images appear of a series of three cartoon
strips in the upper right corner of the page that
relay a very clear threat to the community. The second
strip depicts a man being sexually assaulted in front of his
friends, who are now appearing behind bars or in a
cage. The man being sexually assaulted is very clearly
supposed to be my fiancé, Dave, right down to his red hair
and long thin frame. The
site leads to what must be
considered additional threats and
arrogant taunts, possibly in
response to the gang's awareness
that I had not yet accepted the
plea agreement offered on 11/01/04
and was possibly going to pursue
defense of the false arrests of me
of 06/16/03 and 10/23/03.
Particularly because of emails to
the community, most of which are
contained on this web, they are
well aware that, particularly due
to the amount of attention this
situation may have attracted from
various possible supporters
throughout the country and
the world that, the trial may
possibly force an investigation of
both local corruption or
short-comings and eventually force
effective investigation of their
operation. Word
of this threat was immediately
reported to federal
authorities. The
images that appear on that site were included in an email
that went out in a select worldwide community
distribution:

is somewhat similar to an email was received by me on Thanksgiving
Day, 2002, just a little over three months after
Dave's abduction, but much more blatant. (click
hyperlink to read something about that.) By 11/29/04,
word again was spread throughout
the community to do a similar
search for "erdult" which
revealed that the web site summary

Yes,
the second "possible threat" was
also immediately reported to
federal authorities who, at one
point, seemed to indicate that
they may actually be closely
monitoring this situation, but there is
no indication that, since then, anyone
there is really even
reviewing what is being reported. In December 2004, I
added a status report to the Home
page of this MKS website:

situation here, decided to use it, the fact remains that it is being used as a
threat to those of us who have been fighting the abduction of people we love
very much, wonderful, beautiful people who are being subsequently forced into
sadistic sex slavery, men, woman and children, including very, very young
children, some of whom may have been murdered - died - as a result of the
additional atrocities to which they have been subjected, some just since the
time in which I became involved in this in August 2002.
However, just shooting from the hip, it
would seem that the "extreme relevance" of what is on your web site is
something that is just too "coincidental" to fall under a
statistically formulated determination of even "possibly not related."
But first, I will give you a benefit of
the doubt and/or also consider the possibility that you and/or your web site are
also a victim in this and, either way, give you the opportunity to explain:
Are you aware of the series of three -
can't recall the technical term right now - cartoon strips that appears in the
upper left hand corner of "kittyspit.diaryland.com" as it is loading?
I realize that it is also possible that your web site may have been hacked and
these cartoons added by someone else. In a number of ways, this would be very
much in line with the types of schemes these terrorist use, particularly the
ones I've been dealing with. (Yes, these are people I know personally.)
If you are the one who created those
cartoons, or you know the person who did and can, either way, provide an
explanation of them, I, and possibly those from whom you have been
"receiving numerous HATE MAILS," would be very interested in hearing
it.
The second cartoon strip of that series
includes a cartoon of a man being sexually assaulted. That victim strongly
resembles my Love, including his red hair and long, thin frame. He is the person
whose rape, abduction, and subsequent forced prostitution is what caused me to
be involved in my current endeavors. And that is only one of the many aspects of
your site that coincide with what is or has happened here and when.
My Love was abducted before my eyes, early
morning 8/9/02, and subsequently forced into gay prostitution and into
participating in performances in which he is gruesomely physically and sexually
tortured. Yes, reports are that he has been severely injured as a result. The
scene you depict is very similar to a report I received in early 2003 that he
had been publicly raped in front of friends of ours and, if only in this way, a
threat made to other members of the community who may try to be
"heroes." Our community is being terrorized by these villains and one
of the tactics they use in the systematic escalating bullying to gain
"cooperation" of community members is in brutal sexual assaults,
including the sodomizing of men, who are so prone to not admit to it afterward.
And that's only just one tiny bit of this horror.
I can't go into any more, in this email,
to explain this situation to you nor how serious and wide-spread it is. The My
Kindred Spirit (MKS) web site, which you've evidently accessed, was set up to do
so. The press releases I've published, which you may find by doing a search for
my name on google.com, for example, also explain some of the overall situation.
As far as where you live, you may not be
aware that it is considered one of the hot spots for sex tourism, which is one
aspect of these crimes. You may also not be aware that even the small town hoods
we are dealing with here, referred to on the MKS web site as the "spg,"
for "sleazy punk gang (lower case)," appear to have joined a crime
syndicate that is, most likely, international. Perpetrators of this crime often
move victims from place to place, including from country to country. Based on
the investigation that we've been doing here, apparently "sex tours"
are one means of keeping victims on the move and, therefore, more difficult to
locate and/or rescue.
As "invisible" as it is, this is
the fastest crime in the world and yet, as said it the press release of mine,
that you referenced, is "only the tip of the iceberg." It has
extremely far-reaching implications which, of themselves, we are probably only
beginning to be able to determine. For example, the area in which we are, here,
houses a number of potential world terrorist targets and/or potential terrorism
resources. This includes the U.S.'s only facility that researches the most
dangerous animal diseases, for example. Yet the terrorism being spread -
modern-day slavery only one part of both the means of terrorism and the source
of terrorist revenue - is most likely a key factor in the reason that research
facility is being repeatedly written up by the federal government as having
"serious security flaws."
Re: DEFAMATION You probably cannot even
begin to imagine what is like to have a loved one taken and then subjected to
that to which my Love is being subjected. You may not even be capable of having
a "loved one" and, in which case, are possibly even incapable of
"caring" so you are possibly not even aware, or even care to be aware
of how many victims there are in the world, not even considering the number of
their "loved ones," who are suffering, nor what is required of all of
us to correct this situation. There have been at least 5-8 attempts made on my
life - of which I am aware, anyway - since I began trying to get authorities to
take effective action against this. Most of them have been through drugging. In
the last - of which I am aware, anyway - someone came up to me, effortlessly
lifted me about a foot or more off the ground (I'm 5'5" and about 165 lbs),
pinning my arms in the process, spun me around about ten times, then directed me
into the path of an oncoming car. Fortunately it was a small street and the
people who had probably innocently pointed me out to this person - who was
posing as a "fan" - possibly even told him when and where he could
find me, rushed over and surrounded me as the car came to a halt and I lay
helplessly, face down, in the street in front of it. I'd never before seen the
man who spun me - and his height and build was unusual and probably one I'd have
remembered. And I'm only one of hundreds of thousands of people who are on
"this side" of all of this, and, regardless of how unbelievably
outrageous the incidents in which I've been, somehow, involved are, which are
relayed on the MKS web site or alluded to in the press releases I've published,
most probably the stories that others may tell, and which are not being told,
are much, much worse.

eventually leads to a "page not found" message. I've since tried
sending just a one line message, but that was also returned, for the same
reason.
[This almost went out as a "2 in
1" and include "no pussyfooting!," one that's been being written
in between other tasks for over a week, but it's still not complete enough to
get out.]
