One of the strengths of human
trafficking perpetrators are tactics and
schemes that make it difficult to prove a
victims actual situation or the
perpetrators guilt. In the multi
pronged efforts to challenge this
epidemic, this are requires a concentrated
and aggressive attack, particularly
because it is appearing that it will be
what will lead the conquest of this dilemma.

| Objective: To create and
implement a specific body of law that
facilitate timely rescue of human
trafficking victims, ensures fair
and equitable defense for direct and
indirect victims of human trafficking and
fair and equitable prosecution of
perpetrators.

Steps:
Network
with trusted colleagues to help develop a
sub coalition designed to address the
objective of this section.
Sub
goal: an inter jurisdictional team to
ensure coordination and cooperation
required to resolve issues involving
other countries, and different levels of
governmental entities within those
countries
Identify
related laws, where abuse of these laws is
occurring and possible strategies for
eliminating that abuse.
Promote
awareness by the legal profession and the
general public of laws relating to
modern-day slavery by preparing and
publishing material and presentations.
Encouraging
possible informants to report to
authorities, or reliable entities,
information relating to slavery activities
that may be useful in rescue,
investigation and/or prosecution.
